Ryan and I just got back from riding camels in a Nubian Village. We had to take a 30 minute boat ride just to get out to near the village and then rode camel's from the shore into town. My camel's name was Rambo and his was Christina.
Riding camels is AWESOME!!! Apparently, Ryan was trying to talk to me but I was so wrapped up in the moment and taking pictures that I didn't even notice. Experiencing this culture is breathtaking! I'm so absorbed in the experience that I don't even notice the hundred degree weather anymore and haven't whined (well about that) in days. I find this especially funny because our Muslim guide Ashra complains all the time. Granted, Ashra is wearing pants and I'm not---but for a girl who hates really hot weather, I'm very proud of myself!
Egypt ROCKS!!!!
Now we're off to the airport to fly to Cairo....

ReplyDeleteEgypt is really a very beautiful, ancient, primitive and a very historical destination with all the beautiful and sacred tombs, shrines and all the great sculptures of the olden era of Egyptian civilization and all the great architecture of ancient times and it is a unique destination of preserving the dead all the mummies are preserved here with all the wax and other materials and are very unique and price-less and too antique which are all very historical and memorable.
